Cancellation Policy
Vertical Sky Cancellation Policy At Vertical Sky, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. Deposit and Booking Confirmation A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Changes to Booking Dates You may change your booking to alternative dates with at least 30 days' notice before your scheduled departure. Requests for date changes must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy Any cancellations made after booking will result in the loss of the 20% deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of the scheduled departure will result in a charge of the full trip rate.
